Mark Walker Lakers sale statement

Mark Walker is selling the Los Angeles Lakers. He called the ownership one of the great honors of his life and an extraordinary investment. What he takes with him, though, is the community, the fans, and a city that treats the team like family. Walker expressed gratitude to Jeanie Buss, the Buss family, the players, and the staff for welcoming him into this chapter. He emphasized that the Lakers belong to Los Angeles and said he has every confidence the best is still ahead. The statement came via ramonashelburne. #JeanieBuss #LosAngelesLakers
