Makoto Shinkai new anime movie update

Makoto Shinkai gave a little update on that new anime movie he’s been cooking, he said they’ve been at it for years already with global partners, and even though nothing’s locked, the domestic production announcement and theatrical release might drop sooner than we think (probably).
