Trump’s 15-point Gaza plan got a hard no from Netanyahu. His line is that Israeli troops don’t move until Hamas is 'genuinely' disarmed, not the performative kind, not the technical kind. Turning down a peace framework from your closest ally is awkward enough, but the whole thing feels like an effort to bury it before it starts
