Ceuta migrant children border crisis

Ceuta has 1,100 migrant children and nowhere to put them. 72,000 people rushed the enclave in a week, most already back in Morocco, but minors can't be sent back quickly. The result: kids sleeping in warehouses and out on the pavement. Spanish law says spread them across regions within 15 days, but the four regions controlled by the People's Party and Vox are refusing every placement.
