A guy with black gloves carves out the middle of a Parmesan wheel, then mixes and kneads dough by hand to make linguine from scratch. Once the pasta hits al dente, he sears wagyu until it’s crispy and caramelized in a sweet Japanese dipping sauce, then flames vodka right inside the cheese wheel for the base. A light cream sauce goes in, the crispy wagyu gets tossed through, and the rest of the medium rare steak follows.
