The Odyssey's overseas actuals came in almost $1M higher than the first report. Third weekend international gross is $86.1M with just a 37.5% drop, compared to Barbie's -41.2%, Deadpool & Wolverine's -47.7%, and Top Gun: Maverick's -37% in their third frames. That brings the international cume to $516.8M across 81 markets, with Korea, China, and Japan still to open in August and September. Add the $395.6M domestic total and you get a $912.4M global cume off a $250M production budget (marketing not included). In 18 days it's already passed Interstellar's $681.1M and Inception's $828.3M, putting it at #4 among Nolan's films. This upcoming weekend it's expected to beat Oppenheimer's $975.8M, become the #3 R-rated film of all time, and cross $1B globally. Final projection sits between $1.4B and $1.5B depending on how those Asian markets perform.
