Nick Aldis said he got the heads up about wrestling at SummerSlam just a few weeks before, with Ed Koskey telling him in Saudi Arabia. His reaction was basically asking when the event was and then pointing out the difference between looking fit and being ring ready. He admitted he wasn't in ring shape at that point
