a 16-year-old lifeguard who saved a young boy from massive waves is invited to the white house by president trump for a high civilian honor. the lifeguard recounted needing to hold position until a partner could assist, stating, "my partner mostly takes out because my arms mostly gave out, i support him as we dragged him out of the water."
