Tens of thousands of people rushed the fences into Ceuta after fake clips claimed the border was open. Days later, many were heading back to Morocco broke and soaked. The Spanish PM said trafficking mafias engineered the whole thing off a court ruling. 67 died along the way. These people were used as pawns to pressure Spain.
