Navid Bayan Maren Sømme Norway murder

A Norwegian woman, Maren Sømme (30), was killed by Navid Bayan (34), an Afghan national. He cut off her fingers and breasts. She had a restraining order against him, and he had previously beaten his ex-girlfriend and systematically abused Maren both physically and mentally. He was supposed to be deported to Afghanistan, but changes in the system prevented that from happening. The author argues that deportations should be a top priority.
