Cyclops scene in Odyssey

The scene with the Cyclops in the Odyssey is genuinely genius. While he seems frightening initially, sympathy develops by the end. Odysseus and his crew invaded the Cyclops's home, stole his food, blinded him, and departed. This portrayal casts Odysseus and his team as monsters, with the Cyclops defending his own territory. His final rage and helplessness are heartbreaking.
