"The Odyssey" is on track to surpass $500M globally at the box office this weekend. It should be nearing $700M by the time "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" opens next week. Christopher Nolan hasn't even debuted yet in his strongest Asian markets: China, Korea, and Japan. It's almost amusing.
