Callum Newman was reportedly only cleared to compete this past Monday. A source noted, “I didn’t sense that Newman is necessarily 100 percent. He actually just got cleared on Monday.” There was a possibility that, despite his insistence on wrestling, there was actually a chance he wouldn't have been allowed to go through with it.
