After a rough start to 2025, including the recent box office disappointment of SUPERGIRL, Warner Bros. may finally catch a break this weekend. The R-rated horror film EvilDeadBurn earned a strong $2.3 million in Thursday previews in the US, surpassing Candyman ($1.9M) and Smile ($2M), while falling just short of EvilDeadRise ($2.5M) and M3GAN's preview numbers.
