Alan Eyre interview on Iran power structure

Alan Eyre, a former U.S. diplomat who negotiated the JCPOA with Iran, joined me for an interview to deliver a brutally honest breakdown of where Iran's real power lies today. According to Eyre, Mojtaba Khamenei is not among those with actual influence. He describes the younger Khamenei as a "supreme leader seedling", a figure being groomed for succession, but not yet wielding real authority. Eyre also notes that the current supreme leader has spent decades carefully constructing a system of power that will outlast him. h
