Evan Husney, the creator of Dark Side of the Ring, revealed that the show almost had a very different name: Ring of Pain. In a recent interview, he credited his mother with coming up with the title that eventually stuck. “Shoutout to my mom, who came up with Dark Side of the Ring as a title.
