Claude Sonnet 5 released

Claude Sonnet 5 has officially launched, and it's making waves. The model outperforms Opus 4.6 by a considerable margin and comes very close to Opus 4.8 in capability, but at a much lower cost. It's also notably faster than Opus and highly effective for agentic tasks, making it the new default choice for Hermes and OpenClaw. If you haven't tried it yet, the link is worth a look.
