New York leads with 146 billionaires, followed by Chinese cities Shenzhen (132), Shanghai (120), and Beijing (107). London has 102, Mumbai 95, Hong Kong 88, San Francisco 86, Moscow 82, Hangzhou 65, and New Delhi 64. Singapore also makes the list.
