South Korean police are moving to seek damages from a man in his 50s who threatened to commit arson ahead of a BTS concert in Gwanghwamun. According to authorities on June 15, the individual, identified only as “A,” will be ordered to pay approximately 2.28 million won in damages. He posted the threat on March 19, two days before the concert, leaving comments on an Instagram post about traffic control measures.
