Lacari returned to streaming with an emotional statement, addressing his past behavior and sharing his journey toward self-improvement. He admitted, "The way I handled that situation..was terrible..I f'd up..I want to make this clear, I don't condone or consume exploitative or illegal material of any sort." He submitted all his hardware to Exhibit A Computer Forensics for an independent investigation, which concluded that no illegal material was found on any of his devices. He also opened up about personal struggles: "Beyond the incident itself, I also have personal problems I needed to address..a lot of stress and anxiety..I was severely addicted to hent*i games and I was using my hent*i addiction to cope with that all." Lacari shared that he has taken concrete steps to get better: "This time away has really given me the chance to get my sh*t together..completed a 30 day outpatient program and been seeing a therapist consistently for the past 6 months..I genuinely want to be better and do better and working really hard to build healthier routines." He expressed gratitude to his long-time viewers: "A lot of u guys have been here for 5-10 yrs..it makes me really happy u guys are still here..it's really put into perspective how lucky I am to be able to entertain all of u guys for a living." He concluded with a commitment to change: "With that said I do want to focus on moving forward with the changes I made..actually want to be a better person this time..gonna continue to work on myself.
