Global HIV prevalence rates show the highest concentrations in Southern Africa. Eswatini leads at 28.3%, followed by Lesotho (23.4%), Botswana (22.35%), Zimbabwe (21.6%), and South Africa (14%). Namibia (13%), Zambia (12.5%), Kenya (5.1%), Cameroon (4%), Haiti (2.2%), Nigeria (2.1%), and Liberia (1.5%) round out the list.
