Donald Trump has claimed that the United States took millions of barrels of oil out of Iran. Yet his own Energy Secretary, Chris Wright, said he is not aware of that happening. Earlier, though, Secretary Wright told Congress that the military helped move some oil out of the Strait of Hormuz, and he said oil was involved in the operation. The statements appear to conflict directly with one another and have raised fresh questions about the accuracy of the former president's assertions on the matter.
