FRN statement on Uvira and Kinshasa regime

@urdjakademiksUvira is the accusation the Front for the Refundation of the Nation (FRN) pushes back on hardest. No intention, no interest, no project to move on the city, the group says, and the talk of an advance gets written off as baseless insinuations the Kinshasa regime keeps spreading deliberately. In the FRN's reading, that whole line is a political diversion: steer public attention off what civilians are enduring and off the offensives still landing on FRN positions in the liberated territories. Out in the East, per the Front, this has run for more than two months. Coalized forces of the Kinshasa regime, and it names the FARDC, FDLR, MAÏ-MAÏ militias, mercenaries and elements of the Burundi National Defense Force (FNDB), have repeatedly mounted military operations in which crowded residential zones end up in the crosshairs. The condemnation is firm about the continuation of civilian massacres across several of those areas. What those offensives bring, according to the FRN: ground troops alongside long-range missiles, heavy artillery, fighter aircraft and combat drones. FELIX TSHISEKEDI carries the blame for the provocations in the East. The statement closes on a challenge that needs no decoding: the crying is yet to be assigned, and they say we'll find out who does it. #DemocraticRepublicOfTheCongo #Politics

FRN statement on Uvira and Kinshasa regime

Photo by @urdjakademiks· Nov 4, 2026· Democratic Republic of the Congo

    About this photo

A group of Congolese FARDC soldiers in full camouflage combat gear and helmets marches forward in formation toward the camera, rifles at the ready. The central soldier stares directly ahead with a serious expression, flanked by rows of troops, military vehicles, and a large DRC flag waving in the background against a city skyline. The image has a bold, patriotic propaganda style with dramatic lighting and overlaid graphics. Notable details include the prominent FARDC patches on vests, the national flag emblem on helmets, and a circular FARDC crest featuring a leopard, spears, and the words "PAIX JUSTICE TRAVAIL." On-screen text reads: "SOLDATS DU CONGO," "FARDC," "FORCES ARMÉES DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE DÉMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO," and a "mahshol" watermark with an arrow.
