The image focuses on two figures sitting on a train. One figure has a bouquet of red spider lilies where their head should be, and roots growing from their limbs. The other figure, a young man with white hair, sits beside them looking forward. The mood is surreal and slightly melancholic, with a stylized anime aesthetic. The background shows a dark, blurry landscape through the train windows, suggesting movement. ON-SCREEN TEXT: 早くキレイな花にしてくれ MATSUNO SUMI PIANO FOOL NIGHT
