@rogers_jamieClayface is eyeing a 65M-75M total run in the US, and the updated numbers back that up. The DC Studios R-rated body horror with Tom Rhys Harries pulled 11M across its second three-day weekend, a 54.2% slide from opening. That 11M also tops Super Girl's 8.6M second frame, and Super Girl had the advantage of a PG-13 comic book movie playing summer with the Fourth of July holiday landing right on that weekend. Put it next to Kraven The Hunter, Other Mommy, The Exorcist Believer, Black Phone 2, Smile and Birds Of Prey and the drop sits in the middle of the pack. Where does 54.2% land among DC's second-frame slides since the century turned? Aquaman lost the least at 23.2%, then Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom at 34%, Joker 41.9%, Wonder Woman 43.3%, Batman Begins 43.4%, Birds Of Prey 48%, Blue Beetle 48.9%, The Batman 50.4%, The Dark Knight 52.5%, Superman 53.2%, then Clayface at 54.2%, Shazam 54.3%, Justice League 56.2%, Superman Returns 58.5%, Black Adam 59%, The Dark Knight Rises 61.4%, Catwoman 61.5%, Man Of Steel 64.6%, Green Lantern 66.1%, Suicide Squad 67.4%, WW84 67.5%, Watchmen 67.7%, Shazam Fury Of The Gods 69%, Batman V Superman 69.1%, The Suicide Squad 71.5%, The Flash 72.5%, Super Girl 76.8% and Joker Folie A Deux 81.3%. Holiday corridors and day-and-date HBO Max releases during COVID skewed some of those. The budget was 44.7M before marketing, and the US cume is 44.1M.
