The focus is a close-up of a man's face. He is looking directly at the camera with one eye blue and the other bloodshot red. His mouth is slightly open with his lips curled into a smirk. The mood is intense and slightly unsettling, with a dramatic, almost theatrical style. The stark contrast between his eyes and his biting smirk is visually notable.
