@bouncy.clementA judge has granted Olivier Martinez primary physical custody of their son Maceo, who is 13 years old, after Halle Berry lost a court battle against her estranged former husband. The court denied Berry's request for equal 50/50 custody and overnight visitation rights, though the judge did dismiss Martinez's request for a restraining order against her. This specific custody arrangement is scheduled to be reviewed again in November.
