About this photo
The image is a split view comparing Tokyo in 1960 to the present day. The top panel shows Tokyo Tower surrounded by low-rise buildings under a clear blue sky. The bottom panel depicts the same tower illuminated at dusk, now dwarfed by a dense cityscape of modern skyscrapers. The mood is historical and observational, highlighting urban development. The text "Tokyo 1960" is in the top left corner, and "Now" is in the bottom left.
