@kimon🌈 Wentworth Miller Comes Out as Gay (2013) Behind the fame of Prison Break, Wentworth Miller was navigating a deeply personal journey. In August 2013, the actor publicly came out as gay after declining an invitation to a Russian film festival, citing Russia’s anti-LGBTQ+ laws. His announcement made headlines worldwide and sparked conversations about discrimination, identity, and the pressure gay celebrities face to hide who they are. Miller later opened up about his struggles with depression, using his platform to encourage greater understanding of mental health. His courage showed that even successful Hollywood stars can face private battles. By coming out as gay, Miller stood up for LGBTQ+ visibility and reminded millions that nobody should have to hide their identity to be accepted. 🌈❤️ His story proves that sometimes the bravest role a person can play is simply being themselves.
