The image focuses on a retail employee in a customer service setting. She is looking off to the side with a neutral expression, wearing a blue vest over a black shirt. Insets show a basket of items including headphones and a water bottle, and a store credit receipt for $137.45. The overall mood is informative and slightly somber, presented in a news clip style. The prominent text overlay reads "Retail employee fired after turning abandoned purchases into store credit".
