@fightdeskCyberpunk 2077 gets Edgerunners 2 Update 2.5 tomorrow, and the thing I keep circling back to is official cross-platform mod support finally being in. CDPR is the gift that keeps giving and I'm really glad they're still supporting Cyberpunk 2077. Fingers crossed they're working on another expansion for this game just like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Songs of the Past. Gunplay opens up too: you can run a pistol and a revolver at the same time, consoles get an FOV slider, and cyberware customization now ships with fresh characters and documents so you can apply brand styles and colors. Hands get their own customization layer on top of that. On the graphics side, DLSS 4.5 lands with the second-generation transformer model pushing as many as 6X multi-frame generation, and FSR Anti-Lag 2 has a toggle. HDR rendering was reworked so colors, brightness and contrast read more accurately. Story stuff: Clampdown is a side quest that takes place ahead of Cyberpunk Edgerunners 2, and finishing it is how you get the five-piece gear set modeled on King. Welcome to Paradise hands you a guided Night City tour with Richard Night narrating. There's also a new radio station carrying Edgerunners tracks, five clothing collections spread across Night City vendors, and NPC-only hairstyles unlocked for V. Odds and ends: Cyberpunk Trading Card Game frames show up in Photo Mode and in dual-wielding poses, Load Game saves are grouped by playthrough, and apartment and vehicle stashes finally have item filters.
