The image is a split panel featuring two anime-style illustrations of the same character. The top panel is in color with vibrant pink hair and glowing purple eyes, showing the character with an ecstatic expression. The bottom panel is in black and white, depicting the character with a blush and tears, and a speech bubble. The style is suggestive anime art. The top panel has Japanese text in the bottom right corner. The bottom panel has the text "My first time..." in a speech bubble.
