The Beatles are the focus of this album cover. They are looking down at the camera from a low angle, with a dark, leafy background. The mood is somewhat intense and iconic, fitting for a classic rock album. A notable detail is the orange "RUBBER SOUL" text in a groovy font at the top left. There is also a small circular logo with an "EM" in the bottom right corner, reading "TRADE MARK OF THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD.".
