The image shows a text message conversation between two people. One person is asking about the other's birthday and complimenting them, while the other is responding and mentioning opening Twitter to "discourse over my tweet." The mood is casual and friendly, with emojis and slang used throughout. A profile picture of a woman named Julz is visible, along with her location in Tampa, FL. The text "Delivered" is also visible at the bottom right.
