A man dressed as a pirate stands in what appears to be a retail store, leaning on a dolly. A stuffed parrot is perched on his shoulder. He wears a tricorn hat with a feather, a light-colored vest over a green shirt, a wide belt with a large buckle, and dark pants. A sword hilt is visible at his hip. In the background, a sign reads "ON SALE". The mood is somewhat humorous and theatrical.
