About this photo
The focus is a tense standoff between police officers and a man kneeling on a large circular emblem. Several officers are pointing their guns at the man, who has his hands behind his head. The scene has a dramatic, action-oriented mood, set in what appears to be a formal building lobby. A notable detail is the man's vulnerable pose on the emblem, and a discarded hat and bag lie nearby.
