@kunalsummerChad Gable just dropped a pretty honest take on why the rough patches matter when looking back at the good times. ChrisVanVliet asked if his current run feels as sweet without the Shorty G era, and the answer was a straight up no. It's not even that he hated it or anything, but he admitted he had to include those phases while documenting different career moments for a separate project because leaving them out would make everything feel less special than it should be. He called it a cliche himself but said you don't realize how good the good stuff is without the bad stuff sitting right there in the background. The character itself just didn't resonate with anyone or get people to identify with it, so it wasn't torture for him personally either. It's just something he isn't particularly proud of and wouldn't want to leave out of the history book. #ChasBetts
