    SALT food truck founders Dubai

@niklassPeople often assume big brands start with massive budgets and huge restaurants, but SALT flipped that script entirely. Amal Al Marri and Deem Al Bassam spotted a real gap in Dubai's food scene and decided to build interest before they even had a physical location. They generated serious buzz first, which then let them launch a food truck that grabbed attention almost instantly. The brand didn't wait for scale to create demand; consumer desire for SALT actually came before the growth started, giving everything a much stronger foundation. That initial momentum allowed the concept to expand from Dubai into other Gulf markets without needing traditional backing. It is wild how they built the hunger for the brand before building the business itself.
