South Korea made 284,936 tonnes and Spain added 245,700 tonnes to the global total. Uzbekistan produced 238,300 tonnes and Algeria contributed 237,400 tonnes. Ethiopia grew 215,500 tonnes and Myanmar finished the list at 208,800 tonnes. These figures represent the largest garlic-producing countries globally for 2024 according to FAOSTAT (2024).
