@sandeepxChris Jericho breaks down the real dynamic between creative talent and management in AEW, specifically recalling a moment with Samoa Joe where they had to navigate an idea from Tony Khan that neither of them actually wanted. The pair told him maybe we should think about it or whatever while hiding their true reluctance, but once he left the room, the conversation shifted immediately to alright how are we going to make it work? They completely reshuffled the deck, altering the original plan significantly before presenting the revised version back to Khan, who responded with that's so great thank you so much. Jericho points out that the final result ended up being completely different from what he and Joe originally wanted, yet he emphasizes that he's the fucking boss and dictates directions. If you don't like the vision, the alternative is to earn eight billion dollars and start a competing wrestling company, because that's what a pro does, that's what you do. #ChrisJericho #SamoaJoe
