Miley Cyrus is the focus, shown from the back wearing a heavily embellished leather jacket and pants. She is looking over her shoulder with a slight smirk. The style is retro and glamorous, with a vibrant pink and green background and rainbow accents. The jacket has "Younger Now" embroidered on the back, and the pants are covered in rhinestones.
