Former editor Yuki Yokoi laughed at Retsu Kaioh in the hospital after his fight with Pickle, and Musashi with heavy firearms. The image is a manga panel depicting two scenes side-by-side. The focus is a muscular male character lying in a hospital bed. In the left panel, he is shown as an adult with bandages on his arm and leg, lying on his back. In the right panel, the same character is depicted as a baby, swaddled in bandages and lying on his back. The mood is dramatic and serious, with a stark black and white aesthetic. The character's intense facial expression and the contrast between his adult and infant forms are visually notable. ON-SCREEN TEXT: 共に分かち難く FOR HIM TO LIVE AMONG US...
