The focus is on a man sitting in a chair. He is wearing a white tuxedo jacket, white shirt, black bow tie, and black pants, with handcuffs on both wrists attached to the chair. The mood/style appears to be dramatic or comedic, possibly from a movie or TV show. A notable detail is the contrast between his formal attire and the handcuffs. There is no on-screen text visible.
