About this photo
A collage-style movie poster for The Secret Agent features a large, fragmented portrait of a man in a suit and tie made from torn newspaper clippings and photos. The title appears in bold yellow letters at the top right, with Wagner Moura’s name above it and Kleber Mendonça Filho credited as writer and director below. Smaller figures in red jackets and a cityscape are layered into the lower half of the composition. The background is covered in dense Portuguese newspaper text, handwritten notes, and vintage documents. On-screen text includes “THE SECRET AGENT,” “WAGNER MOURA,” “written and directed by KLEBER MENDONÇA FILHO,” “2025 THE CRITERION COLLECTION,” and a yellow “C” logo in the upper left.
