Two girls stand side by side in a snowy, ruined city street. Both wear heavy winter coats, snow-dusted pants, and wide-brimmed hats; the girl on the right has light hair and a small cross emblem on her hat while the one on the left has long dark hair. Snow falls around collapsed buildings and a large snow-covered motorcycle in the background. Large glowing Japanese title text “少女終末旅行” arches across the top, with a circled “1” and the author name “つくみず” beneath it.
