In just 12 days, SpiderManBrandNewDay has officially beaten TITANIC, InfinityWar & AvatarTheWayOfWater’s entire runs as #7 highest grossing film of ALL TIME at US BoxOffice, after SpiderMan scored BIGGEST 2nd TUE Non-Holiday of ALL TIME, over +60% above Endgame’s 2nd TUE! Weekdays have been INCREDIBLE! As projected, BrandNewDay’ll become this WED the fastest film to cross the 700M mark in the US, meaning just 13 days of release, when it will also beat BlackPanther’s entire 700.4M domestic run TONIGHT as the #6 highest grossing film of ALL TIME in the U.S.! Spidey’s advantage over of Endgame at same point jumped to stunning 47M, despite having started only 3M ahead! So it looks like we will see that 50M+ advantage over Endgame locked TONIGHT, WED. As I’ve mentioned previously, that alone would get the 900M+ mark 100% locked for BrandNewDay 🔒 and then we could start dreaming of challenging TheForceAwakens as the HIGHEST GROSSING FILM of ALL TIME by the end of its run if weekdays remain that strong until the end of SUMMER, more than off-setting the effects of any eventual lower weekends compared to Endgame! I said I’d update the US run projection on FRI, but it looks like the numbers will allow me to do so by TOMORROW already. It’s gonna be a juicy one! 🔥
