The Invite box office expansion
@rogers_jamiePositive word-of-mouth has led exhibitors to add 500+ screens for A24's R-rated comedy The Invite, directed by Olivia Wilde, in its fourth weekend at the US box office. The festival darling expands from 1,610 to still only 2,110 theaters, grossing a strong $1.1M on its fourth Friday, a -53.8% drop from the previous week.
