The Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo didn't get suspended, it got killed outright, and that's the call Félix Tshisekedi just made. Meanwhile Jacquemain Shabani, running a government that's illegitimate and answers to no law, suddenly wants to quote the law while barring Congolese opposition figures from flying to Goma. His coherence is gone. The UDPS crew behind this seems to have wiped the past from memory: reps from every international institution already set foot in Goma, and a number of diaspora opposition people have already signed on with the FRN. So the intimidation Tshisekedi keeps clinging to, that desperate hope he can still put fear into the Congolese people, isn't landing the way he thinks.
