Start at the bottom of the list and work up, because the gaps tell their own story. France sits at 0.4%, Japan at 0.7%, Italy at 0.8%, Russia at 0.9%, South Africa at 1.0%, Canada at 1.1%, Germany tied with the United Kingdom at 1.3%, Mexico at 1.5%, Australia at 1.9%, Argentina at 2.1%, Brazil at 2.2%, the United States at 2.3%, Türkiye at 2.7%, South Korea at 3.3%, China at 4.5%, Indonesia at 5.1%, and India leading with 7.0%. Saudi Arabia is the only one projecting a contraction at -3.3%. This ranking comes from the IMF World Economic Outlook released in October 2026 for G20 GDP Growth figures.
