    new tax reform in Germany just set the bar for super rich at €70,600 taxable income a year. that translates to roughly €5,000 before taxes and €3,500 after taxes every month. apparently earning €3,500 puts you in the super rich category under the new Income Tax Act rules. yet even with that kind of money people still can't afford a house.
